Oooh, off to lunch now and then Dean is going to get his hair cut at Toni & Guy - he's scared!

Office closed yesteraday at 4pm instead of 5.30! We protested about it but were forced out. No really! So came to Wolves two hours early - super super super.

I got in this morning and a few people say the Internet connection is down. Nowt new there, but there is something different about it ... first of all the tech support line is engaged. Its always just a 20min wait on hold. Turns out that our ISP's Docklands facility had some major systems failure and it wiped out half their network. It took then 10hours to get us back to full service!!

Gaaaaaahhh!

Damn I need a faster machine! I'm using a Pentium 166Mhz! This is even pre-MMX!!

Just researching slow networking problems with NT Workstations ...

Just had an E-Mail from one of the Chorus guys regaurding recording dates for the new CD. The first weekend recording session is set for the 28/29th October. OOooh look at me all excited!

So far so good.

Mailed everyone in work. Talked to Globix about our new Internet connection and they are chasing BT for me. Should have an installation date soon. Sent some mails to people about various bits n bobs that need chasing up. Now just working on some New Building stuff.

Feeling better today but not 100%.

Got to the train sat down and collapsed. I knew if I went into work wouldn't be a very productive day, so decided to work from home.

Just uploaded all the journal entries for September. Also just checked my stats from the advertising. You have to wonder if it is really worth it. From the iClicks banners I have an account credit of ... wait for it: $1.80.

Right. That's it. I'm going to go home - my brain just refuses to focus or concentrate on anything. So I'm going to go home with the plan to nurse my lil body back to health. Bloody annoying coz I was all fired up to get loads done today.

Uploaded two new old journal entries, am currently downloading Septembers log files (20meg's of them!)

Woohooo - just editied the template to fit into the mdoLive style and look. I just now need to sit down and re-edit all the files on my website to make sure they look the same and all follow the same standards. It's a complete mess at the moment. But for now I just want to get / keep the journal up to date.

Got the internet back and running ,,, turns out it was the fault of BT. The leased line bounced apparently. Isn't that lovely.
