Once again I've missed Christian Granthams show today. Bugger!

Having an exciting day today. Just got some software prices for someone which was nice.

About 40mins ago it happened. After nearly a month of feeling fine I had another panic attach. That's wiped me out for the rest of the morning.

OOoh, just had a pain in my head, not a head ache pain but actually near the top of my head. Really strange.

This weekend I plan to do some more website stuff. I want to look at adding content management to it to make it easier to update stuff on. Also I am planning of taking the 1st week of Easter off to really get to grips with my site.

Made some big decisions over the weekend. Oh and journal updates are on there way ... promise!
